Scott Process Systems. Inc. maintains and operates from an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) approved quality control system.
All fabrications are quality inspected starting with a raw material receipt inspection. As the fabrication process continues all pipe spools undergo rigorous in process fit up and welding and welding inspection. At the end of fabrication, 100% of all spools receive 100% visual and dimensional inspection at minimum. Additional non-destructive, hardness testing, PMIV etc. is performed as applicable by our in house quality control staff.
All suppliers and sub-contractors are continuously monitored for compliance to quality specifications and are routinely audited.
