Estimating
All estimates are compiled on our own computerized estimating system.
This system utilizes our extensive in house database of materials,
labor and sub-contracted services. Once these items have been compiled,
an accurate accounting of costs and lead times are established.
Utilization of this system assures consistently fast, accurate
estimates.
For "Unit Priced" projects, accurate and detailed costs for labor, materials and sub-contract services can be quickly established and reported by individual pipe spool. Margins are predetermined to ensure competitive pricing.
Scheduling
Computerized scheduling is based on availability of shop man hours, equipment and raw
material lead times. Complex multiple project schedules can be established years in advance which eliminates over booking and
assures on time deliveries.

Engineering
Utilizing the latest state of the art technology we can
produce fast and accurate
shop fabrication spool drawings, bills of material and cut sheets by extracting the information contained in customer 3D modeled systems and isometrics.
Utilizing the latest versions of AutoCAD,
shop fabrication spool drawings can also be manually produced from
customer supplied sketches, isometric, design erection and/or general arrangement drawings.
All drawings, specifications, and documents can be received and transmitted
electronically via our FTP site and/or by e-mail.
