Fabrication Process Control

Scott Process Systems. Inc. maintains and operates from an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) approved quality control system.

All fabrications are quality inspected starting with a raw material receipt inspection. As the fabrication process continues all pipe spools undergo rigorous in process fit up and welding inspection. At the end of fabrication, 100% of all spools receive a 100% visual and dimensional inspection at a minimum. Additional non-destructive, hardness testing, PMIV etc. is performed as applicable by our in house quality control staff.

All of our welders and welding operators are tested and certified in accordance with ASME Section IX. Welder and welder operating procedures can be tailored to meet specific project requirements.

All suppliers sub-contractors are continuously monitored for compliance to quality specifications and are routinely audited.
